In May 2013, I moved my home & business to St Ives in Cornwall. This has been a long held dream to be by the sea and St Ives has such a thriving artist community, fabulous galleries, beaches & scenery.
My work often reflects my sense of humour particularly within my quirky animal jewellery. It’s great to make people smile with your work. I also have a real love of texture and & pattern, which is illustrated in my metalwork; decorative wall panels and plaques. The materials I use include silver, copper and brass utilising etching and casting processes.
Twice a year during Cornwall Open Studios and the St Ives Festival, I intend to open my studio space where visitors will be able to see me at work still using the jewellers’ bench.
