St Ives Cornwall Falmouth 02
  • Overview

ZestiFAL will showcase a whole range of different activities inviting the public to have a go.

Kimberley Park will be transformed with loads of activities, sports and initiatives for people of all ages and abilities. This is an opportunity to try something new perhaps – Zumba, rowing, climbing, dance fitness, mountain biking, skateboarding, parkour and dance.

Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th July 11.00-4.00pm
Visitors are encouraged to come along with a picnic to our award-winning Kimberley Park where a wide range of activities will be laid on for you and your family. These will all be free! So you can expect to find as mentioned above a climbing wall, children’s cycling trail, skateboarding ramp, rowing machines and a small parkour course.

In addition, there will be a timetabled active area where fitness, dance and studio classes will be laid on and everyone will be invited to join in the fun! All the activities are laid on by local gyms, fitness groups and organisations who work with the organisers – the Falmouth BID – in partnership with Falmouth Town Council, the Dracaena Centre and Embrace Dance Fitness.

Saturday 28th July 6-9pm ZestiFAL Dance Party
Join local community dance and active troupes for an evening of music and dance for all the family. Try out Zumba, street and other contemporary dances in the magical setting of Kimberley Park under the guidance of expert instructors. This really is a lovely event for all the family to enjoy. The event like the rest of ZestiFAL, is free to attend but there will be a collection to support community dance, health and fitness groups in the town. Don’t miss it!
