Situated between the Tate Gallery and the Barbara Hepworth Museum as well as less than 5 minutes from Porthmeor beach and the town centre, Westward House is a very interesting flat which was “born” from a converted Victorian House. Crammed with character and unusual features this is a living space like no other.
The entrance is a long corridor on the back street. A “stable door” opens into what appears to be an indoor yard but you are actually in the house already. The bathroom is to your right and two steps take you into the kitchen followed by the living room and then a long corridor into the two bedrooms. Westward house is decorated in a “Cottage meets Shabby Chic” style, in fresh tasteful colours and definitely very unique in many ways.
The bathroom has a large shower (no bath), sink and toilet and the kitchen is fully kitted with an induction cooker, electric oven, micro wave and dishwasher. Both bedrooms have double beds and the third sleeping option consists of a double sofa bed in the living area.
An infant’s cot can be provided if required. IMPORTANT !!!! Because of the steep stone steps into the kitchen, Westward house is NOT suitable for people who have difficulty with stairs. Please contact me should you have any queries. A safety gate can be provided if necessary to protect children from the steps.
One parking space. This parking space it’s suitable for a normal sized car.
