Newly refurbished to a very high standard. Just a few steps from Porthmeor beach, adjacent to the Tate Gallery and also having a balcony and separate sun deck.

The Meadow has all the facilities you would need for a luxury self-catering holiday yet has restaurants, cafes and bars within minutes from the apartment.

Superbly comfortable bedroom with super king size bed (can be twin,) a flat screen TV and shower room.

The lounge area has a flat screen TV, pull-out double sofa bed and coffee table.

There is a dining area with table and four chairs and the kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave and fridge.

There is also a washing machine and dryer for our guests.

The balcony has sea views and a large sun terrace with outdoor dining facilities.

There is also a small courtyard at the rear of the property.

Linen and towels are provided and there are Out of Eden toiletries provided in the shower.

The apartment has free Wi-Fi.
