Seagrass is in the perfect location just a short stroll into St Ives town centre and harbour without having to navigate the narrow lanes of Downalong in your car!


From the A30 roundabout follow signs for St Ives.

Continue on the A3074 through Lelant and Carbis Bay for approximately 4 miles.

On the bend just before the bottom of the hill turn right into Draycott Terrace (the first of two narrow lanes next to each other). If you reach the Harbour Hotel you have gone too far and will need to turn around.

Park on the street to offload. The outer entrance door to the building is unlocked and you will find the keysafe located just inside the wooden box on the right. There will be one key in here – the same key is used to open the inner entrance door and also the door to the apartment.

Once you have offloaded you will need to park in the reserved parking space that is located down Primrose Valley.

Turn around wherever possible on Draycott Terrace and drive back to the end of the road. Primrose Valley is down the lane next to Draycott Terrace so be extra careful when exiting the lane as you will have to reverse back a little on the main road in order to turn in to Primrose Valley. Alternatively turn right first and turn around up the lane to your left.

Drive down the hill and turn left immediately after going under the railway bridge. Follow the lane past the public toilets and turn left again under the next railway bridge.

Turn left once more and drive through the car park until you reach the space, labelled No.6, 9-10 Draycott Terrace.
