Ebbstives is a relaxed and contemporary bed and breakfast in St Ives, that offers exclusive and peaceful accommodation for just two guests at a time.
In a beautifully appointed, light and airy master en-suite bedroom, guests can enjoy lovely sea views across St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse.
Situated at the end of a private cul-de-sac in a quiet part of town, ebbstives offers free on site parking whilst being only a ten minute walk from the beaches, harbour and South West Coast Path.
Guests can enjoy exclusive use of the owner’s open plan living/dining area and sun terrace for breakfast, which overlooks a private rose and bamboo garden. Alternatively, breakfast can be served in the guest suite.
All rates are per room, per night and include a bespoke cooked breakfast.
Low season – Jan, Feb, Mar, Nov, Dec (excluding Christmas/Easter) – £85
Mid season – Apr, May, Oct (excluding Easter) £100 (*minimum 2 night stay)
High season – Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep £120 (* minimum 3 night stay)

At peak times, we advise taking rural route to St Ives from A30.
Exit A30 at St Erth roundabout signposted to St Ives. Pass Wyvale Garden Centre and go over first mini-roundabout. At second mini -roundabout turn left (signposted to Nancledra). Pass Watermill Public House. Continue on this road untilT Junction. Turn right (B3311) signposted to St Ives. Continue through Halsetown and Consols to T Junction. Turn right (B3306) signposted to St Ives. Pass fire station on right. At mini-roundabout take first exit left into Carnellis Road (signposted Tate Gallery and beaches). Continue over speed humps, past Spar shop and on until road bends sharply to right. Continue round bend for approximately 50 yards. Alexandra Terrace is first private road on right. Turn into Alexandra Terrace. Ebbstives is modern detached property at end of cul-d-sac on left hand-side and is clearly marked.
Parking is on shared driveway outside property and is clearly marked.
Access to property via front stable door into tiled hall. No step. All doors are minimum 84cm wide.
The guest suite is on the first floor up a flight of 13 steps (with 2 left hand bends). There is a solid left hand wooden banister rail. There is a 14cm step from dining area to sun terrace
