Ideally situated in the heart of Downalong just seconds from Porthmeor beach and within two minutes walk of the harbour, town centre and Tate Gallery.
From the A30 follow the signs for St. Ives.
Continue through Lelant and Carbis Bay for approx 3 miles.
When you reach the Harbour Hotel in St Ives turn right at the junction and follow the road down the hill with the sea to your right.
Once in the town centre continue down Tregenna Hill onto Tregenna Place and follow the road around to the right at Barclays Bank onto High Street.
Follow the one-way system around Market Place to the harbour front, and follow the sea-front along Wharf Road. When you reach The Sloop Inn turn left up Fish Street and follow the road around to the left onto St Peters Street.
Turn left at the top of St Peters Street onto Back Road West and drive for approx. 20 metres. When you reach the small shop Norway Stores of the left you will need to pull in on the right opposite.
Drive down the slope to the right (manually lift the barrier if it is down) and park against the wall straight in front of you. From here you can unload your car before making your way to one of the long-stay pay-and-display car parks (The Island or Barnoon are closest). A ‘Weekly Rover ticket’ is transferable between all Cornwall Council car parks in St Ives.
The apartment is up a few steps and through the wall opening on the left-hand side.
